Firstly, we discuss your wellbeing strategy. If you already have one, we establish how our services align with it. If you don’t, we assist you in creating one. Safeguarding is of utmost importance, and our engagement with any organisation is guided by a safe and ethical strategy.
2. Launch Event
Kickstart the journey and energise the team with a dynamic launch event featuring our inspiring speakers and skilled facilitators. This engaging session will set the tone, inspire, and align everyone in a shared vision for what is possible.
3. One-to-one support for each member of your team.

Additionally, we have skilled coaches and wellbeing practitioners who meet individuals wherever they are on their path, addressing whatever they wish to work on to enhance their wellbeing.
While terms like “counselling” or “wellbeing consultancy” may describe what we do, they can carry preconceived notions that don’t fully capture our adaptable, person-centered approach. 5. Insights Reporting
To ensure leadership teams make the most of the insights gained through Totum's one-to-one work—while maintaining absolute confidentiality—we draw on our expertise as business consultants to share valuable trend data and anonymised information. This is thoughtfully curated to support and advance the organisation’s mission and vision.
6. Trainings & Experiments
